QUESTION FOR FULL COURT. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Jan. 7, 9.15 p.m. Sydney, Jan. 7. In the High Court, the Chief Justice referred the application by the newspapers for an interim injunction against Mr. Lang’s newspaper tax to a full Court at Melbourne on February 21. He decided that, as this was a finance Act, it was not a matter for a single judge to deal with.
