ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS. 'By Telegraph—Frees Assn.—Copyright, Received Jan. 4, 5.5 p.m. London, Jan. 4. The Prince of Wales was the principal guest at the bicentenary dinner, to celebrate the birth of Wolfe, the hero of Quebec. The anniversary was also celebrated at Westerham, Kent. Mr. Winston Churchill, speaking at the dinner, delivered an eloquent panegyric upon the immeasurable consequences of the victory on the Heights of Abraham.
