THE WEATHER.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington,' Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day :■ —Present indications are for moderate to strong north-east to south-east winds northward of East Cape and Kawhia, and north-westerlies to south-wester-lies elsewhere. The weather will be dull, misty and showery, with a cool change shortly. The barometer has a faMing tendency, but will be risrfng everywhere after about 16 hours.
