WIRELESS FOR WELLINGTON
VERY POWERFUL PLANT. By Te cgraph.— Pram Association. Wellington, Jan. 3 Inquiry hero confirms the cabled announcement that Wellington’s new broadcasting plant, viewed by Mr. Coates in England, is of five kilowatts, this being the aerial power, making the plant ten times as powerful as the new Auckland and Christchurch stations. H v.ill also be more powerful than the Australian stations.
