LABOUR CABINET
TROUBLES NOT YET OVER UNIONS DISSATISFIED DEPUTATION TO PREMIER By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Sydney, Dee. I’d. In anticipation of the approval of the caucus, which meets to-morrow, arrangements are being made to reassemble Parliament on Monday. It is stated that the session will be of short duration. It will be opened by commission. A meeting of Trades Union secretaries decided that the pact entered into by the caucus with Messrs. Goodin and Gillies, the Labour members who recently broke with the party, as disclosed by the official announcement, is not satisfactory to the Trades Union movement. It was also decided that full details of the agreement should be made available to the movement, as apparently important particulars have been withheld. A deputation then waited on the Premier and had a lengthy discussion with him on the matter without reaching finality. A further meeting will be held to-morrow. This development is expected to have far-reaching' results.
