DRUNKEN MOTORIST
HEAVY FINE INFLICTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. For erratic driving of a motor-car at Parnell last evening, while in a state of intoxication, IJdmund Bowler Watson, a middle-aged, man, was ordered by the magistrate, Mr. Hunt, to refrain from driving for fifteen months, and was fined £5O. “I ean see the fines will have to be jumped up again,” said Mr. Hunt, in imposing the’ fine.
