DISCHARGE OF ACCUSED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Convelght. Melbourne, Dec. 15. Ex-Detective Fowler, who was one of the four detectives who were suspended early- in 1925 after a departmental inquiry and were subsequently prosecuted on three charges of conspiracy, the theft of £lOOO and demanding with menaces £6soo'from Terence Callaghan, licensee of the Londonderry Hotel, Collingwood, has been discharged.
