MR. COATES IN LIVERPOOL
DISCUSSIONS WITH MERCHANTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Dee. 14. Mr. J. G. Coates and Sir James Parr inspected the Liverpool Docks and met many business men interested in New Zealand trade. They lunched with the Dock Board and visited the cotton, corn and provisio nexchanges, where they urged members to buy Empire goods in preference to foreign goods. After visiting the cathedral and town hall, they went to London.
