NINETEEN PERSONS KILLED. By Telegraph—Prose Assn. —Copyright, Paris, Dee. 13. A reservoir at St, Auban, in the Alps Maritimes, about thirty miles northwest of Nice, containing twenty thousand kilogrammes of liquid chlorine, exploded. Nineteen persons were killed and thirty injured.
