REFERENCE TO ARBITRATION. By Telegraph.—Press Assoraatloa. Wellington, Last Night. As at the Conciliation Council sitting many important points in the freezing workers and related trades dispute were not agreed upon, the questions will be submitted to the Arbitration Court about the middle of next month.
