By Telegraph.—Press Aaaoclatiea. Wellington, Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was Issued at 4 p.m. to-day:—“Present indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale, backing to southerlies shortly. Weather unsettled and squally, with rain generally, and with heavy rain in Ute West Coast districts, with rivers flooded. Barometer falling but rising everywhere after about 20 hours.*’
