Something new to New Plymouth patrons will be offered at the Empire Theatre on St. Andrew’s night, November 30, when a Scottish concert will be held. The Chief, Mr. A. M. Mac Diarmid, will occupy the chair, and the proceedings will be conducted in old-time fashion. Thin should arouse the curiosity of tho younger generation, and a humper house should be assured.
