HURT IN FUN FACTORY
CLAIM SETTLED OUT OF COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The case in which Gertrude Lucretia Nind is suing the Exhibition Company for £49 12s 6d special and £5OO general damages for alleged negligence causing her injuries in the fun factory, has been settled out of court.
