Mr. Justice Reed ie occupied in the Supreme Court to-day in hearing legal argument in the application by certain ratepayers to have au interim injunction of improvement of Kent Terrace made absolute. The plaintiff’s ease is that the reserve cannot be interfered with. The council claims the right to include any part as a street, also the right to cut down any trees it likes. After considerable argument, it was decided to adjourn tlie application sine die, the interim injunction to continue in the meantime.
