In order to more effectively handle an increased number of pigs the Company has acquired a part of the Smart Road Works and will equip them with modern machirtery for rapid and economical treatment of the pigs. Ample freezing space will be available for a large number of carcases and thus enable the Company to fully avail itself of the advantages to be derived from the trade in frozen pork for the Home Markets. The Company has established a good business in this trade and its outptit is in keen demand. The Company is prepared to establish receiving stations wherever sufficient inducement offers throughout Taranaki. Intending shareholders are advised to make application for shares at an early date and secure the benefits of co-opera-tion. The basis of shareholding is very, liberal and does not involve any financial .obligation beyond the shares held.
