HUNGARIAN EXPLOSION.
ARREST OF A WORKMAN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Vienna, Aug. 16. The Hungarian police have arrested a Czeeho-Slovakian workman employed in the factory, who is charged with causing the Osepel explosion. It is alleged this was due to ill-feeling between Czecho-Slovakia and Hungary in connection with the peace treaty and the distribution of territory.
