EDUCATION COUNCIL INQUIRY. Uy Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Council of Education resumed today. Dr. Marsden, Assistant Director of Education, said it would probably take seven or eight years to change over to the junior high school system, but during the interregnum much might be done to formulate a definite scheme of unification.
