GIRL GUIDE MOVEMENT.

LADY DALRYMPLE’S VISIT. Lady Marjorie Dalrymyle, the organ!* ing commissioner of the Girl Guides movement arrived at New Plymouth from T« Kuiti last night, breaking the journey at Waitara. In the afternoon she addressed a meeting of those interested. This evening Lady Marjorie, who was connected with the Boy Scouts movement at Home, will visit the Central troop of scouts after meeting the guiders of, guide companies of New Plymouth. To-morrow Efcdy Margerie will visit ths Convent after enrolling a new’ company at the Girls’ High School. In the afternoon a combined picnic of all guides of New Plymouth is to be held at the Huatoki Domain. On Sunday the Commissioner will visit Mt. Egmont as the gi »t of the Mayoress (Mr. F. E. Wilson), while on Monday morning she will speak at Inglewood and return in time to address the New Plymouth Rotary Club. She will attend a meeting at Opunake on Monday night and will later go on to Eltham and Stratford, returning next week to New Plymouth.

During her visit to New Plymouth Lady Marjorie will be the guest of the District Commissioner, Mrs. F. S. Hodson.
