ASSAULT CHARGE FOLLOWS. t By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At Lyttelton this morning, William Hayes, a seaman from the Korean Prince, for assaulting Christopher Cunningham, another member of the crew, was fined £lO or two months’ imprisonment. Cunningham had been kicked and knocked unconscious.
