AMERICAN CASE RECALLED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Washington, Dec. 29. The Federal Court of Appeal dismissed an indictment charging Senator Wheeler with the misuse of his office in connection with oil permts, thereby ending the cases begun as a result of Senator Wheeler’s prosecution of the senatorial investigation involving the Department of Justice.
