TRAGEDY IN PARK.
A MAN FOUND SHOT. By Telegraph.—Tress A-.social ion. Auckland. Der. 30. A ghastly discovery of a man with his head partly blown off by a gunshot was made in the Domain this morning. The body was removed to the morgue and later was identified as that of Alexander Bovaird, aged 45, who kept a general store in the Great North Road, Morningside. Bovaird left home at about 8 o’clock this morning. When found in the Domain the back of h'K head was blown off and a double-barrelled gun was found alongside the body.
