MARRIED V. SINGLE. SOME GOOD SCORING. An interesting annual cricket match between Married and Single men was played at Pukekura Park, New Plymouth, yesterday, and. resulted in a victory for the married men by 35 runs. Several good scores were registered on the turf wicket. Grayson, for the married men, scored a sparkling 85, including two sixes and eleven fours. Jones made 26, Hodges 20 retired, Robertson 19, Stevens 16 not out, Pruden 13 and Norgate 11. For Single, Nasmith retired after a sound 60. Gibson and Strombom both compiled 35, and M. D.
