EVACUATION BY ALLIES . By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Dec. 29. The British officially take over Wiesbaden from the French to-morrow. According to the newspapers the British and French authorities have evolved a plan of evacuation, under which the French army corps will not remain on the Rhine after April.
