A GAMING HOUSE.
OCCUPIER FINED £4O. By Telegraptti—Press Association. Westport, Last Night. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day, a charge against Ralph Hansby of being the owner of premises used as a common gaming-house was dismissed. F. Higgins was charged with being the occupier of premises similarly used, and he was fined £4O. Two men found on the premises were each fined £2, and the charge against another man was dismissed.
