ACCIDENT AT PORT.
DEATH OF WATERSIDER. Following grave injuries sustained on the liner Tongariro at New Plymouth on Thursday, George Cursons, a watersider. died in hospital at 12.30 this morning. H® was a married man about 38 years of age, and resided in Leach Street. Deceased fell from the ’tween decks the hold, a distance of about sixteen feet, sustaining serious injury to his back. Hi* condition was critical from the but he lingered until early this morning.
