I THE POLICY OF LABOUR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received May 13, 8.30 p.m. Sydney, May 13. The policy announced by Mr. Lang (Labour leader) for the political campaign is regarded as too nebulous by some of his own followers. The Labour Council resolved to ask him for an exact statement whether he favours the socialisation of industry, especially coal-min-ing. There is some discontent also in regard to the indefiniteness of Labour’s proposals concerning the civil service.
