s “CHEVROLET” going out of Production This is an unfounded statement made by unscrupulous opposL tion firms, who in making such statements show deplorable ignorance of the General Motors Corporation, Ltd., the greatest producers in the motor industry, of which the “CHEVROLET” is a Branch. Such contemptible rumours being circulated by competitors concerning an exceptionally popular light car, reminds one of a flock of geese when a missile is thrown at them, the one it hits cries the loudest, and is ample proof that the machines offered by our competitors fall far short of the high standard set by “CHEVROLET” and that demanded by discriminating buying public. Instead of going out of production, the 1925 programme of I “CHEVROLET” is more extensive than that of 1924, and a Statement made recently by Charles F. Barth, Vice-President and General Manager, stating that the Company is going into full production this month, which means that between 4000 and 5000 men will be added to the Company’s pay rolls by the first of January, 1925.
