STRATFORD NEWS.

CHRISTMAS EVE PREPARATIONS. SHOPS GAILY DECORATED. (From Our Own Reporter.) Stratford,'Dec. 22. ±f attractive window displays count for anything, Stratford will be well worth visiting on Qhristmas Eve. Without exception, retailers are concentrating upon their windows and many effective designs have been worked out. While it would be invidious to single out any particular premises, it is only fair to state that efforts in this direction are appreciated, and the remarks of shoppers as they 'hurry hither and thither show that the time, thought and material spent in dressing windows have not gone unnoticed.
