TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL. SENIOR FREE PLACES. (From Our Own Reporter.) The director (Mr. A. H. R. Amess) has been advised that the following pupils of the Stratford Technical High School have gained senior free places, entitling them to a further period of free instruction at school: Jean Allen.
