RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Brisbane, Dec. 19. , Three patients from Peel Island, Lazaretto, have been declared free from leprosy. They will be released, but will remain under the observation of the Health Department and be required to continue treatment with Chaulmoogra oil.
