Parcels are qu’et at an advance of threepence to sixpence. Liverpool futures are quoted as fallows: December, 13s 5d.; March, 13s Gfd; May, l?r--5 5-Bd. Received Dee. 21. 11.5 p.m. New York, Dec. 20. Chicago wheat, quotations are: December. 172 cents per bushel; May, 175 7-8. cents; July, 149 7-8 cents.
