DESTRUCTIVE FIRE.
SEVERAL EXPLOSIONS OCCUR. By Telegraph.— Press A«en.—Copyright. Received Dec. 21, 5.5 p.m. London. Dee. 19. Amessage from Reval, via Helsingfors, states that damage was done by fire in buildings belonging to the State railways. In the course of the fire several explosions occurred. The authorities are of opinion that Communists stored ammunition there. Three Communists were arrested on the spot.
