MOTOR CYCLIST INJURED.

Masterton, Dec. 15.
As a result of colliding with a motor car yesterday T. Allsworth, a telephone linesman, of Masterton, who was riding a -motor cycle, had a leg broken.
A YOUTH DROWNED. Dargaville, Dec. 15. Frank Mitchell, aged 16, when in the Northern Wairoa River at Naumai with a number of companions, got into difficulties and was drowned. Mr. Hart, an Anglican minister, recovered the body, but efforts to restore life failed.
