SHOTS IN HOUSE.
THREE PERSONS HIT. SUICIDE OF ASSAILANT. JEALOUSY THE MOTIVE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Dec. 15, 8.45 p.m. ■Sydney, Dec. 15. V. hile the Lennard family and several visitors were fitting at a table in Lenlard’s home at Kerabah, near Cessnock, 1 shot wars heard and Mary Little, aged thirteen, fell with a bullet through the Jioulder. The bu let ricochetted and struck Lily Lennard, aged seventeen, in the should ?r. A second shot followed, Mid wounded Jack Goodwin, aged twenty-six, also in the shoulder. Rushing (.uteide, the other inmates saw Claude Goodsby. aged twenty-two, place a revolver to his head, fire, and fall mortally wounded. The other victims were eent to hospital, but their injuries are not dangerous.
Jealousy is believed to be the motive for the crime, as Guvdsby had been keeping comp a iy with I ily Lennard.
