CHARGE OF BURGLARY.
ALLEGKD THREAT TO KILL. Dy Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Dec. 13. ■Bail was refused by the magistrate ■ when Edmund Darney was charged this morning with burglary at New Brighton and assaulting a constable. Tbe police ' said Darney had threatened to kill all in the house he entered, and they were afraid lie might return. A remand was granted.
