DAMAGES AWARDED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Master ton, Sept. 26. Tn the Supreme Court in the ease Jacob Johnston v. International Harvester Company, a claim for damages for removing a milking plant from plaintiff’s farm and trespass, the jury returned a verejict that plaintiff was entitled to damages—for the engine £56, vacuum pump £25, other milking parts £lOO. and trespass £lOO. •Further consideration of this case was reserved for the Full Court.
