PREMIERS TO CONFER. ALLEGED SECRET AGREEMENT. By TeUgraph.—Press As^n.—Copyright. London, -Sept. 25. The Daily Herald states that Mr. MacDonald will interview Sir Jaws Craig before Parliament meets. It is stated in quarter* closely associated with the Government of Ulster that Sir James Craig and Mr. Cosgjave have secretly readied an agreement on the boundary problem, but are not disclosing the tenors before the Irish Bill passes the Imperial Parliament. Mr. Cosgrave will then appeal to his electorate for the endorsement of the pact.
