For some time an enthusiastic committee under the leadership of Mrs. A. Milne have been hard at work preparing for the sale of work to be held on October 25 in aid of the E. J. Sole memorial addition to the band-room, and will be Dieased to receive donations of any kind and assistance for the above function. The public are only beginning to realise what a valuable asset th© New Plymouth Savings Bank is to the town and district. All surplus funds are invested locally.
