The Progress sailed from Wanganui at 4.35 p.m. on Saturday for this port, arriving at seven o’clock yesterday morning. She w-11l complete discharge to-day and sail tills afternoon for Port Waikato. CORINNA TO-MORROW. With general cargo from southern port's for discharge, the Corinna is due here from Nelson to-morrow. She later loads a large consignment of dairy produce for transshipment to the lonic and will sail to-morrow night if possible, for Wellington. TEES WITH COAL AND TIMBER. The agents of the Tees advise that the vessel will probably arrive here about Saturday next with coal and timber from Greymouth for discharge. ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Rarawa is due from Onehunga at an early hour to-morrow morning. She sails at 7.40 in the evening for the northern port, and is due back on Friday morning. JOHN DUE ON THURSDAY. The John is to leave Lyttelton to-day for New Plymouth, via Wellington and Wanganui. She is expected here about Thursday. RAKANOA LEAVES NEWCASTLE. Advice has been received that the Rukanoa, bound for Wellington and New Plymouth, sailed from Newcastle on Saturday. REPAIRING THE KAIKOURA. The work of repairing the deck of the New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Kalkoura, damaged by fire on’ September 14, is well under way.
