The Opihi arrived from Nelson at six o'clock yesterday morning with general cargo from a number of southern ports for discharge. She completed work late In the afternoon and sailed at 5.20 p.m. for Westport to load for Wellington ONEHUNGA SERVICE. Tlie Rarawa is due from Onehunga at an early hour this morning with passengers and general cargo. She sails again at 7.40 this evening for the northern port and la due back on Tuesday morning. CORINNA LEAVES OAMiAiRU. The Corinna sailed from Dunedin on Wednesday and Oamaru yesterday for New Plymouth, via way ports. She should arrive here about Tuesday, and after discharging will load 7000 boxes of butter and 4000 crates of cheese for transhipment to the lonic at Wellington. From Wellington the Corinna will proceed to Dunedin to load again for northern ports. JOHN DELAYED AT WELLINGTON. Wet weather conslderafbly delayed the John at Wellington, and she did not arrive at Wanganui until Wednesday night. She worked at that port yesterday and Is due here sometime to-day. From New Plymouth she sails south ’to Lyttelton to load for Wellington, Plcton, Wanganui and New Plymouth. PROGRESS DUE ON MONDAY. The Progress has also been delayed at southern ports by continual wet weather and is not expected here until Monday. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. SAILED. Manukau Heads, September 18.—Rarawa (5.10 p.m.), for New Plymouth. Auckland, September 118.—Canadian Britisher (7.5 a.m.), for Brisbane.
