THE PRIZE WINNERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Received Sept. 16, 7.55 p.m. London, Sept. 15. The names of the winners of the £2OOO prizes in the British Empire section of the Fi'lene peace award competition are announced. The first place is taken ‘by Ireland, while England sesures twenty-six prizes, ‘Scotland, Canada and New Zealand two each and South Africa and Tasmania one each. Mr. Bolton Waller, of Bray, Co Wicklow, is the first pri% winner and he has been awarded £lOOO. Miss Freda White, London, gained the second prize of £250. and Mr. Norman Angell the third prize of £lOO. Ten awards of £25 include Mr. Horace Belshaw and Profeefior Oondliffe, of Timaru and ■Christchurch respectively.
