YEAR’S LARGE DEATH ROLL. EXPERTS OFFER A SOLUTION. London, Aag. SO. Flying experts draw attention to the fact t hat there have been 58 deaths in the Royal Air Force since January, the being mostly younger officers, lacking technical experience The experts recommend the introduction of non-stalling aeroplanes, so designed that when they reach stalling point they will simply glide forward and sink flat. It would involve considerable outlay to provide these machines’ for all practice fifing, but it is submitted that economy of machines is not economy of lives.
