WAR IN MOROCCO.
PLIGHT OF THE SPANISH. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Received Sept. 14, 5-5 p.m. London, Sept. 13. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Express states that those well informed regarding the Moroccan situation fear that the Spaniards will be driven into th© sea. They believe the fall of Tetuan is imminent. It is understood that General de Rivera has decided to abandon all the mountainous portions of Spanish Morocco.
