IJHE yyiLL AND THE VV AY - NO. 21.—TRUSTEES WHO WISH TO RETIRE. Some private Trustees of deceased person’s estates may find their duties irksome for various reasons. Some may be in a poor state of health; some may find that their own business does not leave them enough time and energy for other people’s affairs; others have the uneasy feeling that they have not the necessary experience or equipment for a proper performance of the duties appertaining to the trusteeship. Whenever, for any cause, private trustees desire to be relieved of their duties, the Public Trustee can be appointed in their place. The private trustees may choose to withdraw completely, or they may retain a helpful connection with the estate as advisory trustees. The private trustees can make this course in the full confidence that the Stateguaranteed Public' Trust Office will administer the estates efficiently. For full information apply to the Public Trustee, Wellington, the District Public Trustee, New Plymouth or Hawera, or the District Manager, Stratford. Part-time Offices also at Inglewood, Eltham and Patea. Returned Soldiers are requested to attend the funeral of their late comrade, A. Johnson, (16th Reinforcements) TO-DAY, (Saturday). Cortege arrives at Te Henui Cemetery from Waitoitoi at 1.30 p.m. wA. M. MacDlAßlrflD, President, N.P.R.S.A.
