IN THE MATTER OF “THE LOCAL BODIES’ LOANS ACT, 1913” AND IN THE MATTER OF “THE ELECTRIC POWER BOARDS’ ACT, 1918, and the amendments thereof respectively and also IN THE MATTER of the Taranaki Electric Power Board’s proposal to raise a Special Loan of £350,000 for a term of not exceeding 30 years at a rate of interest not exceeding £6 per cent, per annuin plus a Sinking Fund of £1 per cent, per annum, as more particularly described ; n advertisement appearing in the Taranaki Daily News, Stratford Evening Post, Hawera Star, and Eltham Argus newspapers respectively of the 28th May, 4th and 11 th June, 1923,. and in the Inglewood Record of the 29th May, and sth and 12th June, 1923. J HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that a poll of ratepayers of the Taranaki Electric Power District on the above mentioned proposal will be held on THURSDAY, the sth day of July, 1923.
