EAST WEEK’S RETURNS. The number of passengers carried oh the New Plymouth tramways last week was 38,827, and the revenue amounted to £360 19s lid. For the corresponding period of last year the number of passengers was 37,284 and the revenue amounted to £403 Os 2d. . Details of -last week’s traffic are as follow-
