ANGRY SCENE IN VIENNA. By Telegraph.—Frees Assn.—Copyright. Received April 29, 5.5 p.m. Vienna, April 28. The Communist leaders are dissatis fied with the compromise between the Socialist opposition and the Government on the subject of doles. The unemployed held a rally later and marched to Parliament, the demonstrators carrying a red Bag with the Soviet star. The Chancellor (Dr. Seipel) could not immediately receive a deputation, whereupon there was a tumult. The crowd attempted to storm th? entrances to Parliament, and pelted tha police with missiles. Several revolver shots were fired, txpon which Joot and horse police drew their swords iand dispersed the demonstrators, founding five.
