RING THE EXCHANGE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 29, 11.5 p.m. London, April 29. A new telephone scheme begins on Tuesday whereby subscribers may ring enchanges between five in the evening and midnight and learn the weather expected in their district in England until six the following evening. Rural subscribers will receive the information free, and others will pay a call fee.
