ARRESTS IN AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received April 29, 11.5 p.m. New York, April 28. A Pittsburg message states a proposed May Day demonstration was thwarted by the arrest of 23 alleged Cummunists and the seizure of tons of radical literature, urging violence. Bomb-making material was also found in the places raided.
