MOTOR-CAR FATALITY.
CHARGE OF NEGLIGENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. An an inquest of Herbert Reginald Johnson, who was killed as a result of being knocked down by a motor-car driven by Thomas F. Bailey, the coroner returned a verdict that the cause of death was a fractured skull, received through being knocked down by a motorcar negligently driven by Bailey, who ignored all notices warning motorists against trams and excessive speed.
